Echinacea 'Chiquita' PP24505 is commonly known as Chiquita Coneflower. It is a member of Prairie Pixies™ series and features a shorter habit and fragrant bright yellow petals surrounding reddish-brown cones. Flowers are produced on 14-inch stems that do not flop over - perfect for cut flower arrangements.
Coneflowers are an eye-catching and popular perennial for many reasons. They are easy to grow and are heat and drought tolerant. They flower all summer and attract all kinds of birds and pollinators. They typically thrive in full sun, but if your summers are hotter than Hades then they could use a bit more shade and water to prevent burning.
